We recommend booking at least one month in advance, or sooner if possible.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your party date.

The final payment is due two weeks prior to the birthday party.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available. However, if your child is sick, you may reschedule for an available date.

Yes, you may bring outside pizza and cake to the boutique venue.

Yes, we kindly ask that the parents of the birthday child stay during the party.

Due to limited space, we appreciate it if all parents drop off and pick up their children.

During the party hours, the doors are locked for a private event. The parents of the birthday child are responsible for ensuring each guest is picked up on time. Waivers are available for each child at the bottom of our website. 

Please note that all makeup provided is non-toxic to maintain a clean and safe environment. Disposable tips are given to all guests for glam accessories. All items are cleaned and disinfected regularly. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities.
